I’ve completed a module but it is not showing as “Complete” on my Student Center, why?  

It may take some time to register your completed training. You can refresh your browser (press the F5 key) or check later.

 

Why am I not seeing “Module 1 Introduction” in the Student Center?

Module 1 is a helpful introduction but not a required module. It can be accessed using the link in “Taking The Training” section above.

 

I’ve completed Module 3 (or 8) but it is not showing “Complete” in my Student Center, how come?

You may not have completed these modules as there in a “Matching Exercise” in both these modules that has confused some people. Reenter the modules and if you are not at the final page of each module (page 19 for Mod 3 and page 9 for Mod 8) scroll down and click “Next” (at the bottom of the page) to view the last few pages in the module.

Other tips:

  • When you complete a module, it is important that you click the “Start” button to take the short quiz. The “Next” button will be inactive at this point.
  • When you exit a module use the orange “X Exit” button that is part of the module header and NOT the “x” at the top of the browser window.
  • If you do not see the “Next” button on a page you probably need to “scroll down” (using the scroll handle on the right of the screen) to see and click the “Next” button.
  • When you complete all your required modules you may download a “Certificate of Completion” by clicking “Available here” on your “Student Center” page.
  • When you complete the matching exercises (modules 3 & 8) make sure you scroll down and click “Next” (and do not exit) to complete the last pages in the modules.
